Ted goes beach cleaning!

Ted was part of the #plasticfreenorthdevon team this weekend as he joined in with one of this seasons beach cleans at Saunton Sands!

With his bag,litter pickers and gloves ready (and his scarf as it was slightly cool!) Ted set about looking for plastic rubbish to remove in an effort to look after our coastline and save the marine and wildlife.

2 hours later Ted (with help) had managed a good bag full and returned to the farm for a well earned Sunday roast !!!

As part of our Plastic Free efforts we will be popping up details in our Games Room of more forthcoming beachcleans throughout the year. If you are with us and want to join in then we would love to know-call into reception and we will tell you all about them-there were lots of children joining in who had a great time so whether you can spare 2 hours or just 2 minutes, it will all be valued and hopefully good fun too.
