Free Rangers

New for 2018!

It's taken a little while to find the right person but finally we are delighted and very excited to introduce Kay who joins the 'team' this year as our 'Free Rangers' leader.

Free Rangers is based on the similar 'Forest Schools' that run across the UK and will focus on fabulous outdoor experiences and nature based learning including bird box building, trails, mini-beasting, shelter building and an exciting new 'Gardening club' which will run throughout the school summer holidays for 8 weeks!

Kay (a previous Education officer for the National Trust) is as passionate as we are about outdoor 'hands on ' learning and will be running 'inclusive' weekly school holiday groups (to start with!) for ALL ages.

Sessions will last for 1 hour (initially) and will have a small charge for children 4 years and over whilst children under 4 with parents will be free of charge.
