Bonfire Night at the Farm

Bonfire night at the farm is a time for family fun at this traditional time of year. 

This year as before we got all 17 children to help make the Guy! this required a little bit of organisation with so many but we got them all taking turns stuffing his clothes with plenty of straw, drawing his face and then creating fireworks on a sheet of paper that we then fixed to his clothes for extra decoration (this went down very well).

Next we sat him upon his bonfire ready for the evening when we held a torch lit procession taking everyone down to the bonfire.

The evening was finished off with a fine spread of bonfire night food, marshmallow toasting and mulled wine for the grown-ups.
